Ensure your items are in original condition, unused, and include all original packaging; please note that cut-to-length lace or custom-dyed leathers may be ineligible.
Gather Documentation
Locate your original sales receipt or online order confirmation number to facilitate a faster processing time at our warehouse or retail locations.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in a sturdy box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip inside.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix your shipping label and drop the package at your preferred carrier, or visit any Tandy Leather retail store to complete your exchange or refund in person.
